Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Our commitment

Pathmatric LLC wants every student — including students with disabilities — to be able to plan for college with this service. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of building the product, not a one-time checkbox.

What we do

  • Test the site against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria with automated tooling (axe) as part of development.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements.
  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements, including closing dialogs with the Escape key.
  • Use semantic HTML, labeled form fields, and text alternatives so screen readers can interpret the interface.
  • Keep the layout responsive and usable across screen sizes and zoom levels.

Known limitations

Some data visualizations (for example, the odds charts on a school's report) are graphical in nature. We provide the underlying numbers in text form alongside them wherever possible, and we're continuing to improve their assistive-technology support. Documents you upload are processed on your device and are not altered by us, so their internal accessibility depends on the original file.

Tell us if something isn't working

If any part of Pathmatric is difficult or impossible for you to use with assistive technology, we genuinely want to know, and we'll work with you to provide the information or service you need another way. Email pathmatric@gmail.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line, and include the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Compatibility

Pathmatric is built to work with current versions of major browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, including their built-in zoom and assistive features.
